Opus 5.5 builds an entire island in Three.js
A developer used Opus 5.5 to generate a new 3D island scene with water shaders, terrain and fauna over 15 hours.
Has anyone figured out WHAT Anthropic did to Opus 5.5? 😭 How does it keep cooking these insane water shaders every single time? Just 3 more hours and another 48% of my quota later, Opus 5.5 literally created an entirely new island for my project complete with brand-new water, terrain, and fauna. Everything you see on this island is 100% @threejs Project stats so far: • 15 hours in, after working a 9-to-5 • Running entirely on a $20/month subscription (93% + 48%) • 19 separate build stages, not even counting bug fixes • All mechanics coded by Opus 5.5 • Some 3D models from Meshy + assets from Sonnet & Astra • 4 threads, 640K+ impressions, and even liked by Elon Next up: the actual gameplay loop survival, fishing, hunting, combat, mobs, wildlife... At this point, I’m not even sure a $20 subscription is going to be enough. 💀
