Opus 5.5 builds a Van Gogh painting you can walk through
Opus 5.5 was asked to put the author inside a painting, producing an online Van Gogh world you can roam, with moving brushstrokes and zoom.
I asked Opus 5.5 to put me inside a painting. It built a Van Gogh you can walk through. No download. You open a link and the brushstrokes are already moving. Here is what is inside: 1. The wall A row of paintings. Wheat, cypress, olive trees, a night sky. You pick one and you are in it. 2. The brush The hills are paint. The clouds are thick strokes. Zoom in and the whole world breaks into dabs. 3. The palette Trees, paths, houses, cypress. You drop them in like blocks. Sliders for stroke length, density, how thick the paint sits. 4. The field A dirt path through wheat. Wind in the grass. A small figure in a straw hat walking ahead of you. The moment that got me was the zoom. The painting did not get sharper. It got closer. That is when it stopped being a shader and became a place.
