Decagon exec on how enterprises handle the influx of personal agents
After the rapid launches of Instinct, Muse, Dots and Grok Bot, F500 boardrooms keep asking the same question: how should bot detection, built around asking whether something is human, change.
One of the joys of being at @DecagonAI is that I get a realtime look into how the largest companies in the world are reacting as AI changes day over day. For example, with Instinct / Muse / Dots / Grok Bot launching over the last month, there was one question I got consistently from all the F500 board rooms: how are you handling this? This put us in high gear. Historically, bot detection asks "is this a human?" and blocks anything that isn't. But a personal agent is your customer, just acting through software. So handling personal agents requires a new paradigm. How do we think about this? See below :)
