Opus 5.5 adds analog signal glitch effects to the NTSCRT app
The author asked Opus 5.5 to find existing repos and implement glitch effects based on modeling the real analog signal chain, resulting in 16 new parameters.
Pretty blown with away with Opus 5.5 did here: I wanted to add some aggressive glitch effects to my NTSCRT app, beyond just the VHS/TV simulations it already had. Asked Opus to go look for any existing repos that implement those effects in an authentic way that's based on modeling the actual analog signal chain. It chugged for about an hour and came back with 16 new parameters, and after another 45 minutes or so of feedback, I got them into the app and IMO they look pretty great! Insane that you can just implement things like this, which would have been nightmare mode difficulty even a year ago.
