Not a texture pack: the whole game runs on top of the GTA 5 city, letting you build during police chases, blow up tanks with TNT, and mine out the road, as shown in a demo video.
opus 5.5 made a mod that drops minecraft into gta 5 and it is f*cking insane not a texture pack. the whole game comes with it. the city never moved. same map, same lighting, same driving. minecraft just runs on top of it. -> build in the middle of a police chase -> blow a tank apart with tnt -> mine the road out from under traffic -> fireworks over the freeway at night -> mobs on the strip, ignoring your wanted level read the binary -> find the player -> graft one rule set onto another -> test it in the running game that loop was never written for gta and it does not stop at gta the model did not make a mod it made the thing that makes mods
