GPT-6 Sol leaks, screenshots and release rumors

A Chinese leak says GPT-6 Sol ships this week with faster responses, lower cost and better coding and game generation, and that some leaked tests rate it above Astra.

A leaker says most users will get Sol within three days and advises rebuilding custom instructions, citing stronger 3D reasoning, creative writing, long-conversation continuity and recall of old memories.

The poster argues both companies keep shipping models like GPT-6 Sol and Luna to justify trillion-dollar IPO valuations, and that the safety push has not bought them breathing room.

A single emotional line with no screenshots or details, showing only community anticipation for Sol.

The user says they are already using GPT-6 Sol, whose expression is clear, polite, respectful and funny, feeling like an AI companion, but offers no screenshots as evidence.

The post suggests asking a model when Anthropic shipped Claude Opus 4.7 without web search; an answer of April 16, 2026 would mean you have been rolled into GPT-6 Sol.

A poster speculates that OpenAI will release a full line of differently sized GPT-6 models (Sol, Terra, Luna) distilled from Astra, after first shipping Astra to keep hype on one model.

A roundup says GPT-6 Sol has appeared in OpenAI API and Arena-style tests, generating about 28K tokens in roughly 3 minutes at maximum reasoning versus about 19 minutes for Astra.

The user says normal mode is about 50% faster with 67% faster time to first token, and two threads running for over two hours used only about 3% of weekly limits.

A poster praises GPT-6 Astra but says they are most looking forward to GPT-6 Sol, which they hear is coming out on Thursday.

The poster wants OpenAI to release GPT-6 Sol and Luna at or before DevDay, plus a Grok Bot-style assistant built on GPT models and integrated into its ecosystem.

A high-engagement post claims OpenAI will release GPT-6 Sol this Thursday, with no screenshots or evidence attached.
