Opus 5.5 places 127,445 mosaic tiles one by one as 3D objects in code
In Claude Code, Opus 5.5 placed all 127,445 mosaic tiles as individual 3D objects, building outward from the eye to the pearl and rendering live in the browser.
THE LINE BETWEEN FILMED AND RENDERED IS GETTING BLURRY. THIS MOSAIC DOESN'T EXIST, AND IT'S 127,445 TILES PROVING IT No camera, no footage, nothing filmed. Opus 5.5, running through Claude Code, placed every single one of those 127,445 tiles as its own 3D object, one by one, entirely in code. It starts inside her eye and keeps building outward from there, tile by tile, each one catching light at its own angle, laid the way an actual mosaicist works a wall rather than generated as a flat image and dressed up to look dimensional afterward. It ends on the pearl. Just code, running live in the browser, quietly assembling something that looks like it's been sitting in a museum for centuries.
This post quotes another post: “Claude Code lays a 7,878-tile Roman mosaic duck piece by piece”
